After 32 years as a Beauty Therapist Jane has decided to change her career path to Real Estate, which she has grown increasingly interested in over the years. Julie has over 13 years of leadership experience in Bermuda's International Business sector. Hal joined our group in October of 2006. After a long career in the freight forwarding and shipping business in Bermuda, Hal joins us with the many skills required to manage the physical aspects of our Commercial Real Estate portfolio. Hal has personal experience in the building business and at one point owned and operated his own maintenance services company. Hal's hands on knowledge about maintenance procedures and mechanical systems has added to our ability to proactively manage our commercial building contracts and capital improvement projects. Hal also provides our residential clients with valuable project management related services.
